Chance of April rate rise marked down

On the back of the RBA minutes of the last board meeting, which raised rates by 25 bp to 4.00%, interest rates market are less confident of another on April 6.

RBA minutes suggest “flexibility”

The minutes of the last RBA board meeting on 1 December pushed the chance of an another 25 bp rise in the cash rate down to 60% from 80%.
